Project Introduction
This project is for high-pressure boiler manufacturing, providing seamless steel pipes for heating systems and steam transmission systems. High-pressure boilers require that the materials used for high-pressure bearing components must have high strength and lasting plasticity, good structural stability, high relaxation stability, and good oxidation resistance; considering all the above requirements, S355 low-alloy material was selected, and special impact tests were carried out at 0 degrees and -20 degrees to ensure that the system can operate smoothly at high and low temperatures.
