API 5L Grade B pipe is made from one piece of steel plate and therefore has extremely high strength. These pipes are available in sizes from 1/2NB to 60NB.
API5LB carbon steel pipes are available in X42, X52 and X60 grades. The outer diameters of these pipes range from 21 mm to 914 mm. Due to the high-quality materials used in manufacturing these pipes, their cost is relatively high. API 5L Grade B ERW pipe is cold rolled after the welding procedure with no visible seams or welds. These pipes can be used both as longitudinal and spiral welding devices. API 5L Class B welded pipes are constructed from steel pieces welded with the help of fillers.
