Stainless Steel 310, also known as UNS S31000, is an austenitic stainless steel with high chromium and nickel content. It is designed for high temperature applications and has excellent corrosion resistance.
S31000 stainless steel pipe has a density of 7.98 g/cm3 and a melting point range of 1402-1454 degrees Celsius. Due to its good high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance, the material is ideal for use in high-temperature environments.
The chemical composition of S31000 high temperature stainless steel pipe mainly includes carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium and nickel. The specific contents are: carbon ≤ 0.25%, silicon ≤ 1.50%, manganese ≤ 2.00%, phosphorus ≤ 0.045%, sulfur ≤ 0.030%, chromium 24.00-26.00%, nickel 19.00-22.00%.
