introduction

GB 18248 gas cylinder tube is a seamless steel tube with the implementation standard of GB18248-2000, mainly used for the production of various gas and hydraulic cylinders. Its wall thickness range is 3-55mm, the outer diameter deviation is ±0.75%, and the wall thickness difference is between -10% and +12.5%.
The roundness of the inner and outer diameters of the GB 18248 gas cylinder carbon steel tube does not exceed 80% of the outer diameter tolerance, the end face inclination is ≤2mm, and the straightness is 1mm/1m. In terms of surface quality, it is required to be free of cracks, folds, rolling, delamination and stuttering. The representative materials of this steel pipe include 37Mn, 34Mn2V, 35CrMo, etc., which are suitable for the production of large-volume gas cylinders.
