JIS SS400 hollow pipe is mainly used for general structural purposes, such as bridges, buildings, machinery and other fields. The steel pipe has good weldability, processability and formability, and can be processed and produced by welding, cutting, bending and other processing methods. In addition, the chemical composition and mechanical properties of JIS SS400 galvanized steel pipes have certain requirements, such as carbon content not exceeding 0.22%, sulfur content not exceeding 0.050%, tensile strength not less than 440MPa, etc.
