ASTM A213/A 213M, ASME SA213 T11 are standards for seamless alloy steel boiler tubes, superheater tubes and heat exchanger tubes.
ASTM A213 T11 seamless steel pipe chemical composition requirements are: C 0.05~0.15%, Mn 0.30~0.60%, P≤0.025%, S≤0.025%, Si 0.50~1.00%, Cr 1.00~1.50%, Mo 0.44~ 0.65% .
The mechanical properties of ASTM A213 T11 superheater tubes include tensile strength not less than 415MPa and yield strength not less than 170MPa, ensuring the stability and reliability of the steel pipe under various harsh working conditions.
ASTM A213 T11 seamless alloy pipes produced by GNEE shall be manufactured using a seamless process and shall be hot or cold worked as specified. Sizes and thicknesses range from 1⁄8 in. [3.2 mm] inside diameter to 5 in. [127 mm] outside diameter, and 0.015 to 0.500 in. [0.4 to 12.7 mm] outside diameter, including minimum wall thickness, or, if specified on order , then includes the average wall thickness. Pipes of other diameters may also be provided, provided such pipes comply with all other requirements of this code.
