introduction

GB 18248 seamless steel pipe is mainly used to manufacture high-pressure gas cylinders, and its materials are usually 37Mn, 34Mn2V, 30CrMo, 35CrMo, etc. The inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe should not have visually visible defects such as cracks, folds, roll folds, delamination and scarring.
The specifications of 37Mn seamless steel pipes are generally 57mm~720mm in outer diameter and 3mm~120mm in wall thickness. The delivery weight of 34Mn2V carbon steel pipes can be calculated based on actual weight or theoretical weight. The theoretical weight is calculated in accordance with the regulations of GB/T17395. In addition, 30CrMo seamless gas cylinder tubes should also comply with the requirements of TSGD7002-2006 "Type Test Rules for Pressure Pipe Components".
