First of all,12Cr1MoV Seamless Alloy Steel Pipes can be produced using hot rolling (extrusion, pipe expansion) or cold drawing (rolling) manufacturing methods. For small diameter steel pipes, cold bending can be performed without heat treatment after bending. For large-diameter thin-walled pipes, cold bending can also be performed, but high-temperature heat treatment is required after bending. Large-diameter thick-walled pipes need to be processed by hot bending. The heating temperature of hot-bent pipes is 980°C, and the final bending temperature is above 800°C.
In addition, 12CrIMoV carbon steel pipe has high high-temperature tensile strength and yield strength, and can maintain structural stability and strength under high-temperature conditions. At the same time, this kind of steel pipe has good oxidation resistance in high temperature environments, which can prevent the metal surface from being damaged by oxidation. In addition, 12CrIMoV steel pipe also has good creep resistance and can slow down plastic deformation under long-term high temperature load. In addition, heat-resistant steel pipes have good thermal stability in high temperature environments and can maintain good dimensional stability at high temperatures.
