ASTM A213 T23 Alloy Steel Seamless Tube

The ASTM A213 T23 Alloy Steel Seamless Tube is made up of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, molybdenum and chromium with tungsten as a stabilizing agent.
Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max length: 16000mm, also U bending can be offered.

Description

T23 Alloy Steel Tube (Grade P23/T) is a bainitic-martensitic/ferritic (0.2 % molybdenum, 2.25 % chromium) steel, micro-alloyed with vanadium, 1.6 % tungsten, & niobium and having controlled boron and nitrogen contents according to ASTM A 335, A 213 or to EN 10216-2 standard under the designation 7CrWVMoNb9-6. ASME SA213 T23 Tubing was introduced into the ASME Code.

SA213 T23 Properties
SA213 T23 properties are that of a minimum Elongation Percentage of 20. The minimum Yield Strength of SA213 T23 is 400 MPa. SA213 T23 has a maximum Hardness, HB of 220. The minimum Tensile Strength of SA213 T23 is 510 MPa. The Chemical Composition of SA213 T23 is P≤ 0.03 max, C≤ 0.04 - 0.10, Si≤ 0.5 max, Mo 0.05 - 0.30, S≤ 0.01 max and Mn 0.1 - 0.6. Because of its properties, SA213 T23 is resistant to corrosion in various applications such as electric powder, chemical, oil, etc. SA213 T23 tubes can also be used in HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generators), water wall panels, boiler super-heaters, complex fossil-fuelled power plants and re-heater tubes.
