A finned tube is a kind of heat exchange element. It is a kind of heat exchanger tube to improve the heat transfer efficiency, usually by adding fins on the surface of the heat exchanger tube to increase the external surface area (or internal surface area) of the heat exchanger tube, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the heat transfer efficiency.

The processing of brazed spiral finned tube is carried out in two steps. First, the steel strip plane perpendicular to the axis of the tube is wound on the outer surface of the tube in a spiral line manner, and the ends of the steel strip are welded to the steel pipe and fixed, and then the steel strip and steel pipe are welded together by brazing in order to eliminate the gap between the steel strip and the steel pipe contact.
