Polyurethane Insulation Pipe

Polyurethane insulated pipe is a composite finished pipe. Its structure mainly includes outer protective layer, insulation layer, anti-leakage layer and other parts.
It is usually made of materials such as polyethylene, galvanized sheet or stainless steel sheet, which is used to protect insulation materials and pipes and prevent erosion and damage to pipes by the external environment.
As the core part of polyurethane insulated pipe, polyurethane foam is usually used as insulation material, and its density and thickness can be adjusted according to specific insulation requirements. Polyurethane foam has good thermal insulation and pressure resistance, and can effectively reduce the conduction and loss of heat.
In some cases, in order to prevent pipeline leakage, polyurethane insulated pipe will also be set with an anti-leakage layer to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline system.
