SSAW steel pipe manufacturing production process:
(1) Raw materials include strip, welding wire and flux. It must undergo rigorous physical and chemical testing before being put into use.
(2) For head-to-tail butt jointing of steel strips, single-wire or double-wire submerged arc welding is used, and automatic submerged arc welding is used on rolled steel.
(3) Before forming, the strip is flattened, cut, trimmed, planed, and surface cleaned before being transported to the curved edge for processing.
(4) Electrical contacts on both sides of the conveyor are used to control the pressure of the pressure cylinder to ensure the smooth transportation of the strip.
(5) Use internal control or external control roll forming.
(6) The weld gap control device ensures that the weld gap meets the welding requirements, and the diameter, volume and staggered edge of the weld gap are strictly controlled.
(7) Both welding and brazing use American Lincoln external welding machines for single-wire or double-wire submerged arc welding to obtain stable welding specifications.
(8) Conduct continuous ultrasonic damage inspection on the weld after welding to ensure 100% non-destructive testing coverage of the spiral weld. If there is a defect, it will automatically alarm and spray a label, so that the production worker can adjust the process parameters and remove the defect.
(9) Use an air plasma cutting machine to cut a single pipe.
(10) When cutting into a single pipe, each batch of steel should undergo a strict inspection system to check the mechanical properties, chemical composition, fusion state of the weld, steel surface quality and undergo non-destructive testing procedures to ensure that qualified pipes can be officially Put into use. Put into production.
(11) Carry out manual ultrasonic and X-ray re-examination on the parts of the weld where there are traces of continuous sonic defects. If there are defects, repair them and conduct destructive tests again until it is confirmed that the defects have been eliminated.
(12) All pipes at the intersection of steel pipe butt welds and spiral welds with D-type joints have been inspected by X-ray television or film.
(13) Hydraulic test pressure radial sealing of each pipeline. The pressure and time of the test pressure steel pipe are strictly controlled by the microcomputer detection device. Test parameters are automatically printed and recorded.
(14) The pipe end is processed to make the end vertical and the blunt edge bevel is accurately controlled.
